The informal drawings are self explanatory. These could then be reproduced in other formats providing the disclaimer, while their purpose, any workpiece produced would have to adhere to local code at the onus of the producer. Whomsoever favorably adds to the drawing, opting to include their changes _may_ rerelease the drawing with any previous copyright copies, clearly indicating their changes by adding accompanying (changed) drawings.
The disclaimer may thus be connected with a copyright addendment list on the drawing, back referencing via email address; while thus any further disclaimer never applies to the previously disclaimed drawings.
