Newspaper or magazine subscriber favor on political debate.

A special edition of a debate publication is produced as an over the counter offer with the vote as a perf-tear or broken line guide for snipping with scissors on a page near the back of the issue, the envelope therein, or as card stock therein. Cost added to this includes the postage and counting of the votes. The result is reported in the next edition. The remaining proceeds are sent to the winning debate candidate as a policy fund gift for winning the specific debate. This comes out of the issues whose votes are received, not votes that are not received, so this could be rolled into the standard price for the publication. It's winner take all btw, so taking an unpopular position only wins later if the position turns out to be a wise one.
